Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter also referred to as: “RODO”, we inform you that:

Your personal data may be processed in order to:
establishing contacts related to the performance of the contract or taking steps prior to its conclusion
concluding and performing the contract concluded with you;
collecting and storing accounting and tax documents on the basis of the Accounting Act and tax laws;
to handle possible claims within the time and form stipulated by the law;
enable the Administrator to pursue its legitimate interests, e.g. the assertion of claims.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) RODO (insofar as the conclusion and performance of the contract is concerned), Article 6(1)(c) RODO (insofar as the Administrator’s legal obligations are concerned) and Article 6(1)(f) RODO (insofar as the Administrator’s legitimate interests are concerned).
Your data will be stored for the period in which generally applicable regulations require the Administrator to store them, as well as for the period of performance and settlement of the contract, until the statute of limitations for claims arising therefrom. In the event of the assertion of claims or notification of competent authorities, the data will be stored for the duration of such proceedings.
On the basis of applicable data protection legislation, we may share your data with:
Subsidiaries; in which case Equalan Pharma Europe Sp. z o.o. will oblige the affiliated companies to comply with the data processing rules in accordance with the applicable regulations;
Third parties; to the extent permitted by applicable law, Equalan Pharma Europe Sp. z o.o. may share your data with trusted third parties for the purpose of providing services, e.g. For example, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Equalan Pharma Europe Sp. z o.o. may share your data with trusted third parties for purposes related to the provision of services, e.g. accounting and law firms, IT service providers, agents, postal or courier companies, printers, payment institutions, telecommunication companies with which Equalan Pharma Europe Sp. z o.o. has a cooperation agreement, as well as other public administration authorities in connection with statutory obligations incumbent on the Administrator.
You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing.
In case of unlawful data processing by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
We would like to inform you that the Administrator makes every effort to ensure all physical, technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Your data will not be processed by automated means.
